One itemised receipt per entry is required which must state the time and date of purchase and must pre-date the entry date and time, but be within the Promotion Period. No person may win more than 1 Prize type.

 

  1. Winner Selection:

 

 

    1. Olympic Tickets Instant Win: During the Instant Win Promotion Period 10 winners of Olympic Tickets and 2000 other winners (see clause 7 for further details) will be randomly selected from all valid entries via an algorithm process which will award a Prize immediately if a winner is selected. Due to the nature of the algorithm, not all prizes are guaranteed to be won during the Instant Win Promotion Period, but any unwon prizes will be entered into a mop up draw (“Mop Up Draw”) at the end of the Wrap Up Draw Promotion Period.

 

Following the end of the Olympic Tickets Promotion Period, in the event of any unclaimed/unwon Olympic Ticket Prizes, the Promoter reserves the right to request that PromoVeritas conducts a random draw for all non-winning entrants. As this depends wholly on what is won during the Promotion, the number of Prizes that may be awarded by this route is unknown.

      3. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation, accommodation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excess baggage, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
      4. The winner and their guest will be required to sign a liability waiver and privacy document. In the event the winner or their guest does not sign the required documents, the winner and their guest will be disqualified.
      5. The winner and their guest will be required to undergo a compliance check prior to tickets being issued to provide suitable information to answer questions to confirm eligibility and help ensure that winner and their guest will not bring the Promoter into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavourably on the promotion as determined by the Promoters in their sole discretion. This will include all relevant banning orders or related incidents regarding the winner and/or any guest at any venue as required by the government, the police or relevant law enforcement agencies or organisations. Part of this process may also include questions during the Winner Notification process and a review of personal information sourced from data available in the public domain.
      6. The Promoters reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner or guest (or ask the winner to replace its guest) on the basis of the findings resulting from a background or information check and award the tickets to an alternative winner.
      7. Entry to any stadium or venue is subject to the terms and conditions of entry of the applicable stadium and/or venue.
      8. Guests must be at least 18 years of age.
      9. At all times, the Promoters will have the discretion as to how to implement the Prize fulfilment. 
      10. Once travel and accommodation is booked for particular winners and their guest, they cannot be altered or changed except at the Promoter’s sole discretion. 
      11. If for any reason the Olympics are not capable of running as planned, such as cancellation or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoters which affects the running or conduct of this Promotion or the awarding of any Prize, the Promoters will not be liable for any expenses incurred by winners and may in its sole discretion re-award additional tickets to the winner or provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value. The Promoters will not reimburse any incurred expenses by the winner as a result of winning or accepting the Prize.
      12. The winners will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers if the Olympics or any other element forming part of the prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.
      13. Winners are responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest in connection with the use of any Prize. The Promoters reserve the right in their absolute discretion to exclude a winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoters or any companies associated with the Prize or if a winner and/or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoters, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the event/venue.
      14. Winners must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.
      15. The Promoter will pay the cost of the standard room plus related room taxes. Breakfast is included.
      16. A valid credit or debit card will be required to check in to your room and will be used to guarantee any incidentals such as in- room calls or services.
      17. The Promoter will pay the cost of travel to Paris from the winners nearest major airport or train station.
      18. The winner is solely responsible for any additional charges incurred at the hotel during their stay, including and without limitation to, costs of meals, drinks, transfers to the venue, additional nights and services, together with related taxes.
      19. It is the responsibility of the winner to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoters cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize.
    2. Trip Prizes
      1. The Sainsbury 7 night Trip to Greece
        1. The trip is for a winner and one guest and includes:
          1. Return economy class flights from the winner’s closest international UK airport to Athens for the winner and one guest, subject to availability;
          2. Return private airport transfers from the airport in Athens to the hotel for the winner and one guest;
          3. 7 nights of accommodation at a 5* hotel with the winner and guest sharing a twin / double room;
          4. Daily breakfast for the winner and one guest;
          5. 1 x Ancient Olympia full day private tour from Athens including Olympic for the winner and one guest;

      1. The Coop 7 night trip to LA :
        1. The trip is for a winner and one guest and includes:
          1. Return economy class flights from the winner’s closest international UK airport to Los Angeles for the winner and one guest, subject to availability;
          2. Return private airport transfers from the airport in Los Angeles to the hotel for the winner and one guest;
          3. 7-nights of accommodation at a 5* hotel with the winner and guest sharing one twin / double room;
          4. Daily breakfast for the winner and one guest;
          5. Hollywood sign hiking tour for the winner and one guest;
          6. Private surf lesson on Venice Beach for the winner and one guest;
          7. Mulholland Horseback trail experience for the winner and one guest;
          8. 3 x Yoga or Pilates workshops for the winner and one guest; and
          9. £1000 spending money for the winner only.
        2. The guest must be over the age of 18 at the time of organising the Prize. At least one travelling member, either the winner and/or guest, must be over the age of 21.
        3. The hiking tour, surf lesson, horseback experience and yoga or pilates workshops are optional. Should the winner decide not to participate in the activities, they will not receive any compensation or refund for choosing not to participate. The exact times and dates of the activities will be communicated during winner communications.
        4. The yoga and pilates workshops include outdoor and aerial sessions and are subject to availability.
      2. General Terms & Conditions for Trip Prizes:
      3. Certain parts of the prize may require particular levels of health or fitness. Entrants should ensure that they are capable of meeting the required standards.
      4. Activities will vary depending on availability and weather conditions.
      5. Winners will be required to provide the name and details of their guest during the Winner Notification process.
      6. The Prize will be arranged by email/phone between the Promoter or the prize fulfilment agency Umbrella, and the winner. Umbrella will make all reasonable efforts to provide the winner with details of the prize at the earliest possible opportunity. Once the prize details including dates, travel and locations are confirmed, this cannot be amended or altered by the winner.
      7. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prizes do not include travel/transportation, accommodation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excess baggage, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prizes will be responsible for any such costs.
      8. All trips must be taken by 31st October 2025 however travel is excluded over Christmas, Easter and all UK and destination specific Bank Holidays. All requested travel dates are subject to availability at the time of booking. The winner should provide a minimum of 6 weeks’ notice in order to arrange travel for the trip.
      9. The winners and their guests will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or travel insurance are the responsibility of the winners and their guests. In the event that a winner or their guest are unable to travel due to visa or other personal circumstances, no alternative tickets will be issued, and no compensation or other prize will be provided.
      10. The winners will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers if the Trip or any other element forming part of the prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.
      11. If a Prize is cancelled or rejected by a winner, no alternative Prize will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.
      12. The winners must inform the Promoter of any dietary requirements or allergens by 4 weeks prior to attending the trip.
      13. The winners and their guests must travel together in both directions.
      14. All elements of each Trip must be taken as part of the same Prize/trip.
      15. A Prize will be forfeited if:
        1. a winner has not obtained all of the proper travel documents by the date specified by the Promoter;
        2. a winner has any immigration complications which prevent them from entering, leaving or travelling within the relevant Trip destination; or
        3. a winner has any medical, legal or any other reason that would prevent them from accepting and participating in the Trip.
      16. It is the responsibility of the winners and their guests to check any travel advisories issued by a Government, to determine whether they wish to accept the risk of travelling to the destination. The Promoter will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any winner or their guest arising out of their failure to follow any travel advisories issued by a Government. The winner and their guest must comply with and are responsible for obtaining all information regarding any recommended inoculation and obtaining the inoculation(s) and health regulations required by any Trip destination country.
      17. Specified accommodation, restaurants, and tours are subject to availability at the time of booking and will be confirmed during winner communications. Alternatives may be offered depending on availability.
      18. The Promoter will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how a prize is organised and at all times, the Promoter will have the discretion as to how to implement the Prize fulfilment. 
      19. Winners are responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests in connection with the use of any prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude a winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the prize or if a winner and/or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others.       20. Return transfers from the Winner's home to the local international airport are not included.

      23. The prize does not include travel insurance, taxes, cost of visas or hotel incidentals. It will be the winners and their guests responsibility to take out, at their own cost, all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to be taken.
      24. A valid credit or debit card will be required to check in to your room and will be used to guarantee any incidentals such as in- room calls or services.
      25. The winner is solely responsible for any additional charges incurred at the hotel during their stay, including, without limitation, costs of meals, drinks, additional nights and services together with related taxes.
      26. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize.
      27. It is the responsibility of the winners and their guests to check any travel advisories issued by a Government, to determine whether they wish to accept the risk of travelling to the destination. The Promoter will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any winner or their guest arising out of their failure to follow any travel advisories issued by a Government. The winner and their guest must comply with and are responsible for obtaining all information regarding any recommended inoculation or vaccination and obtaining the inoculation(s) or vaccination(s), including but not limited to Covid vaccinations, and health regulations, including but not limited to PCR tests, required to fly into Los Angeles.
      28. For the return economy class flights:
        1. Once tickets have been issued, they are only valid for flights, dates and times shown. No alternatives are available. Name changes to the flight once confirmed are not permitted.
        2. Airline seats are subject to availability.
        3. The winners and their guests must abide by and are subject to the Airline’s published Conditions of Carriage.
        4. Travel must be taken at the stated times; no alternatives are available. Name changes to the flight seats once confirmed are not permitted.
        5. Flights cannot be used in conjunction with any loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer.
        6. Flight extras are not included in the prize (flight extras include, but are not limited to, on-board meals and drinks).
        7. Lounge passes and upgrades are not permitted. Flights cannot be used in conjunction with the Promoter's/any loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer(s).
      29. The £1000 spending money will be transferred to a winner by bank transfer. Winners must have valid UK bank accounts. The spending money will be transferred at least 10 days before the departure date.
      30. It is the responsibility of the winner to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoters cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize.

 

    1. Zappit Cashback Prizes:

 

      1. To redeem the Prize, you must request a cashback voucher by following the instructions below:
        1. During winner communications, you will be provided with a link. Click on the link and provide your full name, mobile number and email address. You will then receive an SMS/text message to the mobile number provided with a unique link to your cashback voucher.
        2. You must redeem your cashback voucher within 5 days from receiving the SMS/text message.
      2. The cashback voucher may not be auctioned, sold, traded, transferred, or assigned and will be deemed void if altered, photocopied/screenshotted or reproduced (whole or part). Any such misuse may constitute a prosecutable offence. 
      3. To redeem your cashback voucher and receive cashback on your purchase used to enter the promotion, you must submit a cashback request via the 3 step CashbackNow service. You can submit a request by following the instructions below:
        1. Write down the unique ZPT code at the top of the original receipt for the purchase used to enter the promotion. The ZPT code will be displayed when you click the ‘Get cashback now’ button on your cashback voucher.
        2. Take a photo of your receipt with the ZPT code and submit the photo for validation, along with your bank details on the portal.
      4. The winner will receive information as to how to access the CashbackNow service during winner communications.   
      5. Payments will be made to the bank account provided on the portal within 24 hours, except on weekends and bank holiday, when they will be processed the next working day.
      6. If there are multiple qualifying purchases on one receipt, a winner will only receive cashback on the qualifying purchase that has the lowest value. 
      7. Only valid receipts, clearly comprising of the following will be accepted;
        1. Store logo.
        2. Your unique ZPT code clearly handwritten on to the receipt.
        3. Promotional item, ie. any Corona Pack and associated price.
        4. Date of transaction, this must be for a date during the promotional period and prior to date of cashback voucher request.
      8. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any uploaded till receipts which do not include the above and/or:
        1. Are out of focus/blurry
        2. Are old, out of date or fall outside of the stated promotional period
        3. Specific to retailers which are not participating in the promotion
        4. Are not unique to the individual.
        5. If the conditions are met, you can receive cashback for the item priced as reflected on the receipt for any Corona Pack.  
        6. The cashback payment cannot be divided and can only be accepted as it is granted.
      9. Each ZPT code is unique and can only be used once. Any attempts to enter the same code more than once will result in disqualification of cashback request and all such requests will be declared void.
      10. Incomplete, illegible or misdirected cashback requests will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for cashback requests delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for participants failing to supply accurate information which affects their cashback request.
      11. The Promoter reserves the right not to attribute the cashback refund in the event of abuse or fraud to these rules, without the participant being able to assert any right against the Promoter. In the event of an unsuccessful cashback request, an SMS notification will be sent to the mobile number provided with the reason for rejection
      12. Only one cashback redemption per person is permitted. Unique identity will be determined at the sole discretion of the Promoter and will include singular and collective checks on, but not limited to mobile number, email address and payment details.
      13. The submission of a till receipt via photo upload is a pre-requisite of the cashback verification process as proof of purchase. This data will be held on file by Geo Offers Ltd and be made available to the Promoter as required for redemption validation and anonymised data analysis but will not be used for personalised marketing purposes.

 

 

  1. Winner Notification:
    1. Instant Win Promotions: The provisional winning entrants will be instantly notified on screen and asked to follow the instructions immediately to claim their Prize via a unique link. Winners will also receive a confirmation email or text message to their email address or mobile phone number used upon entry, confirming their Prize and will be required to follow the instructions within 5 days of initial contact. If a provisional winner does not follow the instructions either on screen or in the confirmation email within 5 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that provisional winner and return the Prize to the promotion Prize pool which may be won by another entrant during the Promotion Period.

Any claims received that don’t meet these requirements or are received after the Claim Period, will be void and invalid and we reserve the right to return the Prize to the Promotion Prize pool which may be won by someone else during the Purchase Period.

 

    1. Wrap Up Draw and Mop Up Draw: The provisional winners will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 5 days of Wrap Up Draw Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winners.  If a winner does not respond to the initial contact within 5 days, the Promoter reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
    2. Provisional winners of Olympic Tickets will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Waiver of Liability and, except where prohibited by applicable law, Publicity Release Forms (collectively, the “Release Forms”) within five (5) working days after the date such Release Forms are sent to provisional winner, in accordance with the Promoters instructions. Guests will also be required to complete the same forms prior to and as a condition of accompanying winner. In the event that a provisional winner and guest do not respond to the initial contact within seven (5) days or provide the Release Forms, as applicable, within the requested time period, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that provisional winner. If a provisional winner is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner, time permitting. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.

 

  1. Olympic Ticket Prize Acceptance: Once eligibility of a Prize is confirmed and the Prize is accepted, notification to arrange fulfilment of the Prize and further instruction on receiving Tickets will take place within 10 days of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize the Winner must inform the Promoter by emailing CoronaParis2024@promowinners.com. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.

 

  1. Retailer, Wrap Up Draw and Mop Up Draw Prize Acceptance: Once eligibility of a Prize is confirmed and the Prize is accepted, fulfilment of a Prize will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a Prizes does not arrive within 28 days the Winner must inform the Promoter  . If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.

 

  1. Provided no objection is received from the winners, a winners list containing the surname and county of residence of the winners will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available at www.promowinners.com/CoronaParis2024. Winners can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.

 

  1. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.

 

  1. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

 

    1. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.

 

    1. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.

 

    1. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.

 

    1. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.

 

    1. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.

 

    1. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.

 

    1. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.

 

    1. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

 

  1. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason a Prize and/or any element of a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize or element of a Prize for another of equal or greater value.

 

 

  1. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to www.coronaextra.co.uk/olympics.

The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (JS14561) or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.  Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.

All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion.   1. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

  1. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.

 

  1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
