UK Coastal Clean-Up Project
These terms and conditions apply to the UK Coastal Clean-Up Project run by Corona and Parley between May 2020 and December 2021 (the “Campaign”).
The Promotor of the Campaign is: AB InBev UK Limited T/A Budweiser Brewing Group UK&I, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 03982132, whose registered office is at Bureau, 90 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1EN (“AB InBev”).
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
Promotional Pack: means a limited-edition Corona 4 x 330ml or 12 x 330ml bottle pack, clearly identifiable as part of the Campaign by the artwork and presence of the Charity’s logo.
Promotional Period: means from 1 May 2020 to 31 December 2021 inclusive.
Background to the Campaign
AB InBev, on behalf of Corona UK, has committed to a clean up program to remove plastic and other waste from UK coastlines. As the exclusive ocean conservation partner of Corona globally, Parley will execute the Campaign for, on behalf of, and in collaboration with AB InBev, in support of Corona UK ’s commitment to clean up over 1,000,000 metres squared of shoreline in 2020.
Donations to the Campaign
All donations to the Campaign are for the benefit of Parley for the Oceans (the "Charity”). Parley for the Oceans is a US nonprofit (501(c)(3)) organisation, whose registered office is at 187 Lafayette Street, Floor 5 New York, NY 10013. Parley are committed to end marine plastic pollution. For every Promotional Pack of Corona sold during the Promotional Period, once the consumer has scanned the QR code on the Promotional Pack and entered their details into the ensuing microsite, AB InBev will make a donation to the Charity which (according to the Charity) equates to the cost of cleaning up one metre squared of beach in the UK. AB InBev accepts no liability whatsoever for any miscalculation on behalf of the Charity in respect of these estimates.
All products as part of this Campaign are only available for sale to consumers aged 18 years or above.
Internet access and QR-reading device required. Purchase necessary. Personal details must be provided after scanning QR code.
These terms and conditions (and the Campaign itself) apply to sales to consumers within the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) only.
Trademarks, service marks or logos that appear in relation to the Campaign, Promotional Packs and/or its associated products, including but not limited to those of AB InBev’s and the Charity, are the property of their respective owners and are likely to be registered trademarks and subject to restrictions as to their use. They must not be used without the express permission of the intellectual property right owner.
These terms and conditions are available in English only and shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
